Your coldstore or food safe environment will be built on your site as per your requirement. We provide both only body installations or body plus refrigeration materials.

UK Coldstore use a flat-pack system on all of our coldstores enabling installation anywhere and at any size. Utilising standard composite insulation panels, the core material is normally polyurethane where a non-fire rated store is acceptable or polyisocyanurate (PIR) where a fire retardant material is required.

Designed to the last detail

Our cold/chiller/freezer tooms are effectively insulated due to their 80 mm thick insulation core made from cyclopentane foamed polyurethane. Our panels are designed accurately to fit due to a groove and tongue system with protected eccentric cam locks. This modular type of construction gives the rooms a quick install and perfect insulation, whereby heat bridges and condensate are thoroughly prevented. The cover layers of our sandwich panels consist of hot galvanized steel sheet, which is enamelled with an environmentally friendly powder coating.
